Subscription and Transaction Information Where paid features are offered, we may receive limited transaction-related information including: subscription status; plan type; renewal status; purchase confirmation identifiers; transaction metadata. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored by LUQUIK.
3.2 Location Information
Because LUQUIK is a location-based platform, we may collect: approximate location; precise GPS location, subject to device permissions; location associated with requests; radius preferences; location-derived relevance data. Location information is used to provide hyperlocal functionality, including nearby request discovery and request visibility.

LUQUIK does not guarantee concealment of approximate geographic proximity where such proximity is inherently necessary for platform functionality.
7. USER COMMUNICATIONS
The Services may include in-app messaging functionality between users. Users acknowledge and agree that: communications transmitted through the Services may be stored and processed; communications may be reviewed where necessary for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement purposes; users are solely responsible for information voluntarily disclosed to other users. LUQUIK does not guarantee the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared by users with other users.
8. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose Personal Data to: Service ProvidersThird-party vendors and service providers supporting: cloud hosting; analytics; authentication; notifications; communications; customer support; infrastructure; moderation; security; payment processing. 9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

LUQUIK is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

11. ACCOUNT DELETION

Following deletion requests:access to the account may be terminated; certain Personal Data may be deleted or anonymized; certain information may be retained where legally required or operationally necessary.
LUQUIK reserves the right to retain data necessary for: legal compliance; fraud prevention; dispute resolution; enforcement purposes; security investigations; financial and tax obligations.

LUQUIK implements reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data.Security measures may include:access restrictions;

LUQUIK operates solely as an intermediary technology platform facilitating user-generated requests and communications.
LUQUIK: does not independently verify user statements; does not guarantee user conduct;
does not supervise offline interactions; is not a party to user arrangements, exchanges, services, transactions, or communications. Users assume all risks associated with interactions with other users.
19. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT
LUQUIK reserves the right to: review reports; investigate abuse; remove content; restrict visibility; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve records for safety or legal purposes.
Moderation decisions may be made through automated systems, manual review, or combined processes.
20. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
